  • Can i return my item?
    Yes you can, please check the shipping and returns page for full details and instructions on how to return your item.
  • I would like a refund can i get one?
    Refunds are only issued if your item arrives broken/breaks within 14 days of arrival. Contact us if this is the case as we can arrange a refund or exchange.
  • I recieved the wrong item.
    In the rare case of a shipping mix up, contact us and we will arrange a refund or send you the correct item if still in stock.
  • Do you restock your items?
    As we are a boutique some of the items in our shop will not be restocked or will only be sold in small numbers! However, we are constantly adding new items to our store! Check out our outlet as you might find the piece you're looking for there at a discounted price. Click on our 'outlet' page.
  • I entered the wrong address.
    It is your responsibility to enter thr correct address, if your item has already been processed theres nothing you can do to change the address. However, if you manage to contact us before your item has been processed we will change the address.
  • When will my item be sent off?
    Processing times vary from 1-3 working days.
  • My item arrived later than expected.
    As we use Royal mail to ship out items, it is not in our control if sometimes they may experience delays. You can always contact us for more information.
  • Do you offer free returns?
    Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer free returms. All return costs must be covered by you.
  • How much money do you donate to charity?
    We donate 4% of each sale we make to a mental health charity. We do this at the start of each month. check out the 'about us' page for more information.
  • Do you offer plastic free pakaging?
    Yes. If you would like plastic free packaging then leave a note at checkout. Plastic free packaging will not include stickers, gold stars, plastic self adhesive bag and plastic shipping bag.
  • Do you include stickers in your orders?
    If we have stickers in stock then we will include it in your order :)
  • Will my jewellery rust?
    This depends on the metal your jewellery is made from and how well you take care of it. If your jewellery is not stainless steel or sterling silver then avoid water to avoid rusting. For moe information visit the 'after care page'
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    -Credit card -Debit card -Paypal -Offline
  • If i return an item will the money from my order still get donated to charity?
    If an item is returned money from that order will not be donated to charity.

  • How long will it take for you to get back to my email?
    We aim to reply within 24h however, it can take us up to 3 days to do so.
  • I think my order got lost in the mail and won't arrive what can i do?
    We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, sometimes an order can go missing (this is very rare) if you think that your order has been lost in the mail contact us and we will issue a refund or exchange.
  • Do you have an outlet?
