We ship to the UK, most European countries, throughout the majority of the US, Canada, Australia, China, and Turkey.

Items in the UK are sent off as signed for to confirm delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you would like to return an item you have 14 days from delivery to do so. We DO NOT offer free returns, you are responsible for covering any return costs. If returning an international item from outside the UK your return MUST BE SENT AS TRACKED to make sure it arrives safely.
We can only accept a return if it's UNWORN and still in all of its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
When returning an item make sure the order number or the name and surname of the person who ordered the item is included somewhere in your return.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS OR ANY SETS WHICH INCLUDE EARRINGS! (FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES) WE ALSO DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
If you would like to exchange something contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can only get an exchange if your item arrived broken or broke within 14 days of purchase, in this case, email us and we will exchange your item if still in stock or arrange a refund.

HOW TO RETURN:
As long as items are in their original packaging, the shipping bag/box does not have to be the one you received in, however preferred. Make sure that items are securely packaged. When returning an item make sure the order number or the name and surname of the person who ordered the item is included somewhere in your return (this could be printed or clearly written on a piece of paper) before you return send us an email with the subject 'RETURN' to inform us that you will be returning if your return is international provide us with the tracking number.
Once your return has reached us you will receive a confirmation email and a refund within 7 days.
